Questions

What are the Mahjong Solitaire rules?

A tile is free when no tile overlaps above it and its left or right edge is open. Match identical letters and shapes.

Are my game moves uploaded?

No. The board, clues and searches stay in this browser. Only safe categorical tool events may be recorded; puzzle contents, solutions and move history are never sent to analytics.

How does local progress work?

This page restores its own saved board, score and recent undo history when browser storage is available. Clear site data to remove it. It never automatically opens from the homepage.

Are the layouts original?

Yes. Compact, Terraces and Bridge are original geometric layouts with original letter-and-shape tile faces. New deals are assigned along a legal removal path; an altered board may not have a guaranteed shuffle.
