Questions
Which file formats are supported?
Import .txt, .log, .md, .markdown and .html documents up to 2 MB. Export plain text, Markdown or HTML. DOCX is not supported.
Is imported HTML safe?
Scripts, embedded content, external images, event handlers and unsafe links are removed before the document is opened. Only supported text formatting is retained.
Is my draft saved?
Edits are automatically saved in this browser on this device. Refreshing or closing the tab keeps recovery; visiting the home page resumes your latest unfinished project. Recovery expires after 24 hours without edits. Choose Leave & delete when navigating away to remove it. Downloads keep recovery.
Can I save as PDF?
Use Print and choose your browser’s Save as PDF option when available. Browser print settings control pagination.
Does Markdown keep all formatting?
Headings, common inline formatting, links, lists, quotes, code and tables are preserved. Underline and text alignment are omitted because Markdown has no standard equivalent.
