Questions
How does Typing Race work?
Type an original paragraph exactly. Your progress races a virtual marker at 35 words per minute, using five characters per word. Errors must be corrected. WPM measures the correct prefix; accuracy counts newly entered characters, including replacements. A race ends at completion or ten active minutes.
Where is progress stored?
Current rounds and best results stay in this browser when local storage is available. Returning directly to this game restores progress paused. Hidden tabs pause; refresh, closing a tab and exporting do not clear a game save. These games never automatically open from the homepage.
Are answers or typed text uploaded?
No. Gameplay, entered text and answers are local. There is no game account, multiplayer server, external map API or upload; private game contents are not sent to analytics.
