Questions
How are repeated keys handled?
Each occurrence is its own row, in order. In the JSON export, repeated keys become arrays.
What about + signs?
In query strings “+” means a space, so it is decoded as a space and encoded back as %20 or + consistently.
Does it change parameter order?
No — order is preserved unless you sort it.
