How to use Time Zone Converter

Questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversions use your browser’s built-in time zone database, so the offset for the exact date you choose is applied — including the weeks when the US and Europe switch on different dates.
Is EST the same as New York time?
Not always. EST (UTC−5) is New York’s winter time; in summer the city uses EDT (UTC−4). Picking “New York (Eastern Time)” applies the right one automatically.
How does the meeting planner work?
It lists the 24 hours of the chosen day in the first zone and shows the matching local time in each other zone. Hours between 09:00 and 17:00 are marked as working hours; columns where everyone is inside working hours are highlighted.
