How do I add it to Gmail?
Click “Copy signature”, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a signature and paste.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Click “Copy signature”, then open Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures on desktop) and paste into the signature box.
Is my information uploaded?
No. The signature is built in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
