How does Pixel Avatar Generator work?
Select original face, hair, eye and accessory modules with your own colors. Randomize components locally, then export a transparent 32×32 PNG or nearest-neighbor upscale. No branded or downloaded avatar pack is used.
Where does my work go?
Images and projects stay browser-local in IndexedDB and, for larger sources, OPFS. Meaningful edits autosave; unchanged image blobs are content-deduplicated. Recovery expires after 24 hours without edits, pressure cleanup protects active projects, and these creator apps restore only on their own routes. Navigation offers Stay, Leave & keep, or Leave & delete; deletion must succeed before navigation. Refresh, crashes, closing the browser and downloads retain recovery.
