Questions

What does “not trusted” mean?

The certificate is expired, self-signed, issued for a different domain, or missing an intermediate certificate. Visitors see a browser warning in all these cases.

When should I renew?

Let’s Encrypt certificates last 90 days and are usually renewed automatically 30 days before expiry. If fewer than 14 days remain, check that auto-renewal is working.
