How to use Battleship

  1. Create a private room and share the invite, or join a public match.
  2. Both players press Ready, then place and deploy their five ships.
  3. Select a target and fire once per turn. Sink all five enemy ships to win.

What are the rules?

Each player has a 10×10 ocean and ships of length 5, 4, 3, 3 and 2. Place ships horizontally or vertically without overlap. Ships may touch. Each turn has one shot; a hit also ends your turn. Sink all five ships to win.

Can my opponent see my ships?

No. The server sends each player only their own fleet, shot results and sunk enemy ships. Unhit enemy ship positions are never sent during play.

Are rooms saved?

Online rooms are temporary and expire after 20 minutes of inactivity or two hours total. Reconnect within 90 seconds. Server restarts end rooms. No account is needed.

Which player modes are available?

Online Multiplayer: invite a friend, join a public lobby or use Quick Play. Rooms support chat and a 90-second reconnect window.
