Why does Facebook still show an old image?

Social networks cache previews. After fixing your tags, ask them to re-fetch the page (for example with Facebook’s Sharing Debugger).

What image size should og:image be?

1200 × 630 pixels (1.91:1) works well everywhere. Keep important content away from the edges.
