Yes — SVG is drawn fresh at the size you pick, so a 4× PNG is as crisp as the original artwork.

Is the background transparent?

By default, yes. Choose a background colour if the PNG will be used where transparency isn’t supported.

Why are some fonts or images missing?

Linked fonts and external images can’t be loaded when an SVG is drawn as an image. Convert text to outlines and embed images in the SVG.
