Questions
How accurate is GPS speed?
Usually within 1–2 km/h when moving steadily with a clear view of the sky. Tunnels, tall buildings and the first seconds after starting reduce accuracy; the accuracy line shows the current GPS uncertainty.
Does it work in the background?
No. Browsers pause location updates when the page is hidden, so keep this tab open. Readings resume when you return.
Is my location stored?
No. Positions are used only to compute speed and distance on this device and are never sent or saved.
